The Executive Camino Reset

Seven days. A curated cohort of leaders. One road that changes everything.

This is not a retreat · This is not a luxury Camino tour
This is a precision-engineered transformation — guided by Resilience Architect Brown Charité

"The road doesn't ask what you've built. It asks who you've become along the way."

— Brown Charité · 561 Miles

Who Walks With Us

You have built something extraordinary. And something inside you is asking whether you've built yourself.

The leaders who walk with Brown are not broken — they are some of the most high-functioning, high-capacity people in their industries. And they are carrying something the world doesn't see: the gap between the leader in the room and the person in the mirror, the weight of performing strength while privately recalibrating, the quiet question that surfaces at 5am or 30,000 feet. The Camino is for that person. That leader. That couple.

The CEO or C-Suite Executive

You lead at the highest altitude. The decisions are consequential, the isolation is real, and the container for your own recalibration is almost nonexistent. The Camino gives you seven to twenty-one days or a complete 40 day sabbatical to step out of the role and back into yourself — with a guide who has walked this road and built the frameworks to make the descent meaningful.

The Executive Woman Who Leads Without Margin

You carry the room. You have always carried the room. You are the standard-setter, the culture-keeper, the one others look to when the pressure is highest. What you rarely have is a space that holds you — without agenda, without expectation, without the next deliverable. This is that space.

The Leadership Team

Some of the most powerful work that happens on the Camino happens between leaders who have worked alongside each other for years — and have never had the time, the terrain, or the permission to go deeper than their roles allowed. Walking together changes the dynamic permanently. The road reveals what the boardroom never could.

The Faith-Driven Leader at a Crossroads

You built your leadership on a foundation of faith. Somewhere between the growth and the grind, you drifted further from that foundation than you realized. The Camino is not religious tourism. It is an intentional return — to clarity, to covenant, and to the purpose that was always underneath the performance.

The Spouse Walking Alongside a High-Capacity Leader

You know what it costs to love someone who carries the weight of leadership. You have held the household, the family, and the emotional infrastructure of a person who is constantly giving to everyone else. The Spouse Track is not secondary. It is foundational — with its own framework, its own arc, and its own transformation.

The High-Performer After a Hard Season

A transition. A loss. A season that fractured something in you that hasn't fully healed. You are functional — impressively so — but you know the difference between functioning and free. The Camino is built for this moment. Not to rush the healing. To walk through it — with intention, with framework, and with a guide who understands the terrain.

This is not for everyone

This experience is curated by design. Not because exclusivity is the goal — but because the right cohort makes the transformation possible for everyone in it. Eight leaders maximum per cohort. Every seat filled by application. Every candidate reviewed personally by Brown. If you are reading this and something has stirred — that is not an accident. Trust it enough to apply.

Tier Two

14 Days

Immersion & Realignment

For the leader ready to go beneath the surface.

Primary Framework: The Freedom Equation + The Leviathan Framework

Voices from the Road

What leaders say after they have walked it.

"I came in carrying twenty years of leadership weight I had stopped noticing. By day four, I knew exactly what I had to put down — and exactly what I was being called up to next. Brown does not coach you. He commissions you."

Marcus L.

CEO · Industrial Manufacturing

"I have done every executive program you can name. None of them touched what the Camino touched. The frameworks are sharp. The road is honest. And Brown is the rare guide who has actually walked what he is asking you to walk."

Renée T.

Chief People Officer · Fortune 500

"My wife and I walked the 14-day together. We came home with a shared language we had been missing for years. The Spouse Track is not an add-on — it is the reason this experience held our marriage together for the next decade."

David & Alana K.

Founder & Spouse · Private Equity

"I expected a pilgrimage. I got a reset of every system I lead — starting with the one inside my own chest. Six months later, my team can tell. My family can tell. I can tell."

Jonathan R.

Senior Pastor · Multi-Site Church

"Brown saw something in my application I had not even let myself name. The discovery call alone was worth the investment. The 21 days that followed were the most important three weeks of my professional life."

Priya S.

Managing Director · Global Consulting

"I run a nine-figure organization. I have walked into rooms with heads of state. Nothing has demanded more of me — or returned more to me — than walking the Camino with Brown."

Thomas A.

CEO · Health Systems

Before You Take a Single Step

Your experience begins before you board the plane.

Every leader who walks the Camino with Brown goes through a comprehensive pre-walk discovery — not as a formality, but as the foundation of a custom-architected experience. This is where the precision begins. Before your cohort departs, Brown personally conducts a one-on-one deep dive with every participant. This is not an intake form. It is a 30-minute strategic conversation — part discovery, part discernment, part deployment preparation. Brown will identify the specific force operating beneath your surface: the identity erosion, the misalignment, the distraction pattern, the relational fracture, the purpose drift. He will assign the primary framework that will anchor your walk. He will know what you are walking toward before you arrive in Spain. The road is the same for every cohort. The experience is built for you alone.

01

The Written Application

You name what you are walking toward. You name what you are walking away from. You put language to what has been living beneath the surface — because the Camino works best when you arrive with intention, not just a plane ticket.

02

The 30-Minute Discovery Call

The Resilience Audit. Brown walks you through a structured conversation designed to surface the root — not the symptoms — of what is keeping you from the clarity, alignment, or freedom you came for. From this call, your personal framework assignment is determined.

03

The 30-Day Preparation Guide

Physical, mental, and spiritual readiness. Four weeks before departure, you receive a personalized preparation guide that prepares you for the terrain — the physical demands of the road, the mental posture that makes the walk meaningful, and the spiritual readiness that opens you to what the road wants to reveal.

For the Partner Who Carries It All

The Camino honors the person behind the leader.

At the highest levels of leadership, there is always someone who makes it possible. The spouse. The partner. The person who holds the household, the family, and the emotional infrastructure of a leader who is constantly giving to everyone else.

The Spouse Track is not a companion add-on. It is a fully designed experience within the cohort — with its own framework, its own arc, and its own transformation.

Spouses who walk the Camino with us are not here to support their partner's experience. They are here for their own. The road meets them where they are — in the complexity of loving a high-capacity leader, in the identity questions that arise when your life is organized around someone else's calling, in the desire for clarity, purpose, and a reset that is entirely their own.

Brown and his team design the Spouse Track in coordination with the pre-Camino discovery call. Every spouse is assessed individually. Every framework assignment is personal.

Identity outside of the support role
Purpose and calling beyond the partnership
Covenant — what it means to be equally yoked at the highest levels of leadership
A shared language and framework for the season ahead

The road is long enough for both of you. The transformation is deep enough to hold both of you. And the return home — when both partners have walked it — changes everything.

The Framework

Every mile is organized around five pillars.

The M.I.L.E.S. Framework was not built in a conference room. It was built on a road — step by step, across 561 miles of lived experience. On the Camino, you do not study this framework. You walk it.

M

Mindset

The internal posture that determines how far you will go before you quit. Not motivation — architecture. The Camino teaches you the difference between the two on day one.

I

Identity

Who you are — not your title, not your role, not your reputation — governs everything else. When identity is clear, decisions are clear. When identity is fractured, everything costs more than it should.

L

Legacy

What are you building — and is it worth what you are spending to build it? The road demands you answer that question out loud. Not theoretically. In the silence between one step and the next.

E

Endurance

Show Up. Obey the Process. Withstand and Endure. The S.O.W. Method is not a motivational concept. It is an operating system — tested at altitude, in the rain, when every reasonable voice says stop.

S

Strategy

Obedience is the highest form of strategy. Alignment precedes acceleration. The most dangerous leader in any room is the one who has learned to let the road lead — and has built the discipline to follow.

The Journey Structure

How the reset is architected.

The Executive Camino Reset is a multi-phase experience — from preparation through re-entry. Every phase is intentional. Every phase is essential. None of it is accidental.

The Application

The First Step

You name what you are walking toward. The application is not a transaction — it is the first step of the experience. Brown reviews every application personally. Acceptance is not guaranteed. That is by design.

The Pre-Camino Discovery

Your Framework Is Assigned

Your 30-minute one-on-one with Brown. The Resilience Audit. Your arc is established. The experience is personalized before you take a single step on the road.

30-Day Preparation

Body, Mind, and Spirit Made Ready

Physical, mental, and spiritual readiness. You receive your personalized preparation guide. You prepare for what the road will ask — before the road asks it.

Arrival & Commissioning in Spain

You Are Deployed, Not Oriented

You arrive. You meet your cohort. This is not a tour briefing. It is a commissioning — a formal entry into the experience with intention, covenant, and shared purpose established from the first evening.

The Walk

The Road Is the Classroom

Each day opens with a morning intention anchored to your framework. Each evening closes with a facilitated integration session. The miles in between are yours — to walk, to process, to sit with what the terrain reveals.

The Freedom Declaration

Covenant, Not Graduation

At the milestone checkpoint — or at Santiago de Compostela for Tier 3 — you write and speak your Freedom Declaration. A statement of who you are, what you are leaving behind, and what you are walking toward from this day forward.

The Return & Re-Entry Protocol

The Bridge Back

The most underestimated phase of any transformation is going home. Brown builds the return into the design. Every tier includes a post-walk integration call. Tiers 2 and 3 include structured 60- and 90-day re-entry plans. You do not walk the road and return unchanged — but you do need a bridge. This is the bridge.

A Day on the Road

The rhythm that produces the reset.

Every day is structured the same way — because the structure is what makes the transformation reproducible. The terrain changes. The rhythm does not.

5:30 AM

Silent Rise

No phones. No screens. The day begins in stillness — the way the road requires you to begin it. Hydration, brief stretching, and the first quiet minutes that set the tone for everything that follows.

6:30 AM

Morning Intention

A facilitated 30-minute session anchored to your assigned framework. Brown opens. The cohort speaks. You name what today's miles are for — before you take a single step.

7:30 AM

The Walk Begins

12–18 miles, depending on tier and stage. The terrain is the teacher. Walk in silence, walk with a peer, walk with Brown when the road calls for it. Every mile is intentional.

12:30 PM

Pilgrim Lunch

A long table, simple food, real conversation. No agenda, no performance — just the leaders the road is shaping, breaking bread together at the midpoint of the day.

4:00 PM

Arrival & Recovery

Check in to the day's accommodations. Time to wash, rest, journal, or sit in silence. The body recovers. The mind catches up to what the road revealed.

6:30 PM

Evening Integration

The most important hour of the day. Brown leads a structured cohort session — framework anchored, deeply personal, fully present. This is where the miles become meaning.

8:30 PM

Shared Meal

Dinner together. Slower. Quieter. The day's weight in the room — and the brotherhood that holds it. By week's end, this table feels like family.

10:00 PM

Lights Out

Early to bed because tomorrow asks the same of you. The discipline is the doctrine. The rhythm is the reset.

Before You Apply

Honest answers to the real questions.

Senior executives, founders, partners, pastors, and high-capacity leaders — and their spouses — who are carrying weight they cannot put down in their normal environment. It is not a tour, not a retreat, and not a conference. If you are reading this and something has stirred, that is the answer.

On the Camino de Santiago in northern Spain. Tier 1 walks a focused 7-day section. Tier 2 walks an extended 14-day stretch. Tier 3 walks the full route from Saint-Jean-Pied-de-Port to Santiago de Compostela. Specific stages are confirmed with accepted applicants.

Investment varies by tier and is disclosed during the discovery call. All tiers include the pre-Camino discovery call, 30-day preparation guide, the guided Camino experience itself, lodging, daily meals on the road, integration sessions, the Pilgrim Kit, and post-walk integration. Flights and personal travel are not included. Payment plans are available on acceptance.

No. The Camino is a thousand-year-old pilgrimage road, and Brown leads from a clear faith foundation — but the experience is designed for any leader serious about transformation. The road does not discriminate. Neither does the work.

Demanding, but achievable for any leader in reasonable health. You will receive a personalized 30-day preparation guide before departure. Average days are 12–18 miles on varied terrain. The road asks for honesty about your readiness — and rewards every leader who prepares.

Yes — and the Spouse Track is not a companion pass. It is a fully designed parallel experience with its own framework, its own discovery, and its own arc. Many leaders say bringing their spouse was the single most important decision they made.

Yes. Many of our cohort members participate as a sponsored executive development engagement. Indicate this in the application and Brown's team will provide the materials your CFO or Chief People Officer needs.

Brown reviews every application personally. If a particular cohort is not the right fit, you will receive a direct response with context and — when appropriate — a recommendation for a future cohort or alternate Brown Charité offering. Acceptance is curated by design, not gatekept by default.

Submit the application form at the bottom of this page. Brown's team responds within 48 hours with the full application materials and the link to schedule your 30-minute discovery call.

Brown Charité

Resilience Architect

He didn't read about the road. He walked it.

Brown Charité is a resilience strategist, executive coach, keynote speaker, framework builder, and author — and the man who walked 561 miles from France to Spain as a personal act of obedience. That walk was not a vacation. It was not a sabbatical. It was a surrender — to the road, to the process, and to what obedience produces when you stop negotiating with it.

Brown overcame a childhood stutter to become one of the most compelling voices in executive leadership and faith-driven transformation — earning second place in the MLK speaking competition with a piece called "Because My Momma Told Me So." His voice — the one that was once stolen from him — is now the voice that prepares you for the road.

He is the founder of Resilient Way Transitional Living and the Resilient Way Foundation, focused on veteran and transitional housing in Florida. His mission does not end on the stage or on the road. It is built into every community he serves.

Ready to Walk

The road is waiting. Walk with us.

This is one of the rare investments you will make that is entirely about building you — not your portfolio, not your bottom line, not your legacy. You. And the people you lead. And the person you go home to.

This is not a retreat, nor a vacation, nor a luxury Camino experience. This is for executives and leaders and leadership group who need to get their edge back — walking with Mr. Resilience himself as their guide, through the frameworks, miles, principles, and lessons found in Obedience Kills the Leviathan, The Trinity of Man, Recovery Mode, TRP, The Freedom Equation and 561 Miles. This is an intentional immersion. An intensive. That helps leads and their team get out of flight mode and into fight mode.

We're too grown not to be intentional.
